Chronic inflammation has been implicated in a number of health conditions, from heart disease to Alzheimer’s. Our food, environment, stress levels and daily habits can all contribute to and affect inflammation in the body. In this workshop we’ll address the causes, symptoms, and a variety of simple techniques you can use to reduce inflammation in the body, lower your risk of illness, and achieve greater physical and mental health. Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to do some gentle movement.
Participants will receive recommendations for individual preferences and needs. Learn how you can increase energy, manage your weight, reduce bloating, balance your moods, get clearer skin, reduce your pain, build a stronger immune system, and understand how to eat in a way that supports your body and mind.
